ADHDers' strength lies in persistence!
We have spurts of energy, deep diving, and completing tasks like there's no tomorrow.
Then, radio silence.
Consistency can be very difficult.
While we can work on consistency, we need the freedom and encouragement to live in our strength, persistence.
Instead of shaming our kids for not cleaning up after themselves, ask them, "What's your plan for getting your room clean?"
Instead of nagging our kids to finish their homework ask them, "What would help you most to get this assignments done?"
Praise the day-long cardboard house building. The soccer skills they are non-stop working on. The amazingly intricate art project.
They are living in their strength of persistence! 🎉
On this call, we'll talk about your goals and concerns.
