Hi, I’m Maren.
I’m a neurodivergent-affirming coach helping adults and parents navigate life with ADHD, autism, sensory differences, executive function challenges, and the very real emotional weight that comes with them.
My coaching is warm, practical, shame-free, an
flexible. Whether you’re newly exploring your neurodivergence or deeply immersed in it, I offer a safe space to sort through what’s not working and build more of what is.
I work both face-to-face (Zoom) and asynchronously (voice/video/text messaging) because not every brain thrives on a schedule— and that’s okay.

Not all brains are built the same,
and that’s exactly the point.
I work with neurodivergent adults and parents who are navigating the messy, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming reality of thinking and living differently.

Whether you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD, autism, or something else or you’re just starting to realize your brain doesn’t work like the “default” setting I’m here for you.

Raising a neurodivergent child of any age can feel both deeply meaningful and unbelievably hard. Especially if your child’s needs are invisible to others, or if you’re neurodivergent, too.

Many of my clients are neurodivergent parents raising neurodivergent kids.
We can work on both layers, because you deserve support as a whole person not just a role.

You choose the pace and format that works for your life and brain. All packages are available in two flexible formats:

Many of my clients are undiagnosed, self-id entified, or exploring their neurodivergence. If you relate to what I share or feel like you might be neurodivergent, you're welcome here.
Yes. Many of my clients are neurodivergent parents raising neurodivergent kids. We can focus on your parenting, your own needs, or both—it’s all connected.
Real Time = Zoom sessions, face-to-face support, live co-regulation
Anytime = Voice/video message coaching (via app like Voxer), reply when it works for you
Real Time is great if: you thrive on verbal processing, like real-time feedback, or want focused session time
Anytime is great if: you’re burned out, don’t love Zoom, or want to reflect and respond at your own pace
You can do either—or both!
It depends on your coaching format.
Real Time Coaching (Zoom): We meet once a week, face-to-face. That gives us consistent time to build momentum and support.
Anytime Coaching (Messaging): You get the same level of support—just delivered through text, voice or video messages, at a pace that works for you. Think of it as a flexible, async version of weekly coaching.
You can also mix both formats or adjust as needed. We’ll find what works best for your energy, needs, and life.
I offer several packages: Focus (30min/week), Momentum(45min/week), and Deep Dive (45 min/week), each available as Real Time or Anytime coaching starting at $245.
Choose the best one for you on the Coaching Packages page.
Then you are exactly the kind of person I’ve built this for.
My coaching is flexible, non-urgent, and low-pressure. You can even start with asynchronous support if that feels easier.
You don’t need to be “ready” or “organized” to begin—you just have to be curious.
Relational, affirming, honest, non-pathologizing.
I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to walk beside you while we figure out what works for your real life and real brain.
Yes. While much of my language centers ADHD, I work with a wide range of neurodivergent identities. This includes autism, OCD, sensory sensitivity, PDA, and more. If you’re unsure, just ask.
No. Coaching is different from therapy. I don’t diagnose, treat trauma, or do clinical work. But coaching can be an amazing complement to therapy—or a starting place if therapy feels inaccessible.
If you're in crisis, need clinical support, or are looking for behavior-only approaches, I’m probably not the right fit—and I say that with care.
I absolutely validate how hard behavior challenges can be, and we’ll work together to support what’s happening in your home right now. But instead of trying to “fix” the behavior, we go further to look underneath it—at regulation, connection, and what your child (or you) might be trying to communicate.
My coaching is relationship-based, developmentally informed, and neurodivergent-affirming—because behavior is a signal, not the whole story.
